Both the LRQ and LRT Series’ of linear stages can be assembled into high load gantries.
The XY LRT Series gantry in this example is assembled using two LRT-EC Series stages with built-in motor encoders for the lower axes, and an X-LRT-EC Series stage with a built-in controller and motor encoder for the upper axis. Using the lockstep synchronization feature of the two-axis X-MCB2 controller, the two stages move in parallel to provide a stiff base for the system.
The XYZ LRQ Series gantry system in this example is assembled with two LRQ-EC Series linear stages as the bottom axes, one LRQ-EC Series stage for the middle axis, and a VSR Series stage for the top axis. This system also uses the lockstep synchronization feature of the X-MCB2 controller to move together. The system is customized with tracking for cable organization.
