IDS3010 - new software feature ‘WAVE Vibro’
attocube's laser displacement sensor IDS3010 measures linear motions of a target with nanometer accuracy. The PTB- und NIST-traceable interferometer is based on a patented Fabry-Pérot technology and performs long range displacement measurements up to 5 m with a bandwidth of up to 10 MHz. The 'WAVE' software package offers a broad variety of tools for displaying and saving the measurement data.
The new software feature "WAVE Vibro" is available now and transforms the IDS3010 into a sophisticated laser vibrometer suitable for detecting high-frequency vibrations (up to 10 MHz) and oscillations within the nanometer range. It visualizes the frequency spectrum and offers multiple options for power spectral density analysis. For convenient post-processing, the spectra can be directly exported into a csv format.
