1-Micron Repeatable XZ-Axis Motorized Linear Positioning Stages from OES

OES (Optimal Engineering Systems) has added a new series of Dual-axis Linear Motion Positioning Stages with travel range of 15 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, and 75 mm to their broad selection of precision motion control components.  Each of these motorized XZ-Axis Linear Positioning Stages features 1 micron repeatability and 10 micron positional accuracy.  Both the X-axis (horizontal axis) and the Z-axis (vertical axis) have the travel lengths of  15 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm, and 75 mm and even longer to meet your application requirements.

The high precision 1 mm per turn lead screws and crossed roller bearings are used in these black anodized stages.  They are deal for: Sampling, assembly, sorting, testing, laser drilling and machining, and positioning in lab and manufacturing environments.

The XZ-Axis linear stages are available with either stepper motors with knobs for manual adjustment which can be replaced with optical encoders for position verification. The stages are also available with servo motors and encoders for closed loop operation and higher operating speeds.

These XZ-Axis Motorized Linear Positioning Stages are compatible with the OES (Optimal Engineering Systems) line of motion controllers and are available as a complete plug-and-play system.  Please consult the OES sales team for longer travel lengths or if custom mounting configurations are required.
