BEI TECHNOLOGIES Now Offers Encoder Power SuppliesBEI’s Industrial Encoder Division now offers compact DIN rail mounted power supplies for use with their optical encoders and accessories. This PS-series Encoder Module accessory makes it easy and convenient to provide proper regulated power to encoders from a variety of power sources.

The supplies come in 5 volt and 24 volt versions and are rated at 4 amps for the 5 volt version, and 1.5 amps for the 24 volt version. Either power supply can accept input voltages from 85 to 264 volts AC (at 45 to 65 Hz), or 110 to 350 volts DC making them useful in a wide range of installation both in US and European plants.
