 Micronor's new ENA361M (hollow shaft) and ESA361M (solid shaft) series High Resolution Analog Output Encoders provide 12-bit resolution with choice of analog output – ideal for high reliability and high precision industrial automation and process control applications. The units are extremely rugged with high levels of shock (>500g) and vibration (>30g) resistance. The products can be used in outdoor applications over wide temperature ranges and fluctuations (-40/+85C) and protected against humidity and condensation. Standard units are IP67 sealed with IP69K option available for use in high temperature/high pressure wash down applications. These single-turn absolute encoders are offered with choice of 4-20mA or 0-10V output and measuring range options of 45, 90, 180 or 360 degrees. These units also operate over a wide input power range of 18-30 VDC. The 4-20mA option includes a red LED fault indicator for sensor break detection and monitoring of power supply. With an overall diameter of 36mm, these encoders are very compact and are ideal where space is tight. The ENA361 series offers blind hollow shaft in range of 6 to 10mm along with either stator coupling or torque stop mounting options. The ESA361 series offers solid shaft in range of 6 to 8mm along with standard synchro flange mounting. Unit price is $285-$415 (depending on options) in OEM quantities of 100 pieces with typical 3-4 week delivery. MICRONOR Introduces World’s First Universal MPG/Handwheel for Teach Pendants and Other Motion Control Applications
 Micronor's MR190 Universal Manual Pulse Generator/Handwheel (MPG) is the world's first MPG to offer both A/A'/B/B' differential line driver and A/B pull-up quadrature outputs in a single unit. No longer does a CNC machine manufacturer, control panel fabricator, distributor or service center need to stock 3 or more handwheel models because of the non-standardized interface requirements of different manufacturers and models of CNC systems, PLCs and teach pendants. An MPG is a common accessory found on CNC machine tools. It is a manually controlled rotary handwheel that the machine operator uses to move a tool incrementally along an axis. The MR190 provides 100 detent positions per revolution and outputs one A/B quadrature pulse cycle per detent or "click". The quadrature outputs tell the machine both the number of incremental steps to move and direction. Micronor Offers New MR267 Motorized Potentiometers with 4-20mA Current Loop Control
 This new Micronor product provides a simple and inexpensive solution for automating existing systems controlled by manually-operated potentiometers, rheostats or rotary cam switches. Motor Pots may not seem like a sexy control product but they fulfill a wonderful niche in process control! They are simple to use and easy to set up. No computers required or software to write. Easy to maintain and never obsolete. The user-specified potentiometers provide absolute positional feedback information or function as a variable resistor in an analog control or bridge circuit. The motor pot provides a smooth uniform ramp throughout its timing cycle. Rotary limit switches are programmed (via cams) to electrically control events (or provide status) at pre-stages.
