LMS 95 Linear Motor Stage by Bearing Engineers, Inc

The LMS 95 linear motor stages by Bearing Engineers offer the high performance and reliability of a linear motor at the price of a ball screw driven stage and a servo motor. Integral feedback resolutions range from 6 microns to .1 microns to fit most linear motion applications.

The LMS 95 is available in variable stroke lengths of 95mm to 1100 mm with motor force of 50 to 500N.

Internal cable management keeps integration simple and cost of installation down to a minimum.

With accelerations of 3 g and top speed of 3 m/sec, the LMS 95 is the ideal solutions for increasing throughput.

BEARING ENGINEERS Introduces Its Newest Member to the LC Actuator Family, the LC 46 Actuator, an Excellent Choice for Economical Linear Motion Applications

The LC 46 actuator is constructed with 6 re-circulating linear bearings, anodized aluminum base, precision rolled ball screw and standard NEMA 23 motor mount. In addition to our cost-effective features, a variety of options such as sensor kits, dust cover, labyrinth seal, and cleanroom preparation can be added to meet specific application requirements.

LC46 actuators come in different lengths (340, 440, 540, 640, 740, 940, and 1140 mm) and various ball screw leads (5, 10, 16, and 50 mm) with maximum speed at 5000 RPM for the shorter lengths.

LC actuators are also available in smaller sizes: LC33 and LC25.
