 LA36 - Low force and high speed - high force and low speed The choice is yours with two new versions of LINAK's LA36 actuator: Low force and high speed or high force and low speed. The sprinter is built on LINAK's LA36 actuator platform. With a max force of 500 N and a speed of up to 160 mm/sec without load this actuator is a revolutionary newcomer. The fast LA36 actuator was originally introduced to manufacturers of electrical bollards for traffic control. As a spin-off we found several other applications where speed is a critical element and where a fast actuator can add value. The actuator was launched in March 2007. High force - low speed At the same time LINAK introduces a new version of the same LA36 actuator with a max force of 10,000 N. This unique actuator eliminates all prejudices against electrical solutions and their limitations. To lift 1,000 kg via a 24 or a 12 V motor makes extreme high demands on the mechanics, but also the electronics is tested. For both new versions of the LA36 actuator it applies that the user still obtains the same advantages such as e.g. fast and easy installation, super accuracy, repeatability, reliability, and advanced control of critical machine operations - now with a speed and a force quite unique within electrical movements. The LA36 is ideal for use in harsh conditions. It is our most solid actuator based on the philosophy that it must be able to operate under extreme conditions. The actuator is ideal for mobile offhighway equipment such as agricultural, forestry and construction machines.
