Assembly times comparable to a "pit stop" in formula 1
Subject to the extremely positive response from the part of our customers to our revolutionary ROTEX®-A-H we started with the serial production. We have already taken the first lines of products on stock which allows us to assure our customers of short term delivery times. We have projected that ROTEX®-A-H sizes 19 to 125 will be available from stock.
The following is a summary of our innovative coupling system:
- Extremely short assembly and disassembly times of the overall coupling by means of 4-off screws with no need to shift the driving and driven machine
- Replacement of spider with no need to shift the driving and driven side
- High-quality hub materials make possible to use every elastomer that is available
- Compact design
- Low mass moments of inertia with extended bore dimensions
Applications: - Pumps and compressors, steel mills, conveyors, crushers, general engineering
- Approved according EC standard 94/9/EC
