Packaged in 4" diameter anodized aluminum housing, AMCI's HT/HTT-400 series are a direct mechanical replacement for today's competing resolver transducers. These AMCI brushless resolver transducers are also available with a massive selection of resolver types, enabling customers to choose from a wide variety of electrical specifications. "AMCI's HT/HTT 400 packages are readily available, you can take it and bolt it to your machine in place of the old transducer, attach the same cable that you were using, and it is going to work. It will of course also work in new designs that were designed around the former transducer packages" explained Matt Tellier, AMCI Applications Specialist. AMCI's new HT/HTT-400 series resolver transducers are designed to save customers time and money. Competing multi-turn resolver transducers, packaged in 4" housing with comparable specifications, carry long lead times and high costs. ControlLogix Interface Communicates with EnDat Sensors
 A direct interface to EnDat position encoders is now available for the 1756 ControlLogix PLC. The AMCI 7272 module is a digital, bidirectional interface for EnDat encoders, with features including latch inputs, onboard diagnostics, and read/write access. Utilizing Rockwell Automation licensed technology, the 7272 EnDat Interface PLC module is 100% compatible with the 1756 ControlLogix PLC. The 7272 EnDat interface module directly interfaces with all Heidenhain EnDat 2.1 rotary encoders, high accuracy angle encoders, and linear scales. AMCI's Compact, Powerful Stepper Drive Beats Expectations
 AMCI introduces a space saving, powerful, 170V bus, 4.0 Amp microstepping driver.  AMCI realizes the need for extreme-duty sensor feedback in harsh industrial environments, and in response, has developed a family of stainless steel resolver transducers. Options include 303 or 304 stainless steel housing and shaft, and a variety of mounting styles. The IP67 rated product line comes standard with either a 1/4", 3/8", or 5/8" stainless steel shaft and an oversized double row sealed bearing. The input shaft in each of these stainless steel resolvers extends through the internal core of the resolver rotor windings. This one-piece rotor design eliminates internal coupling components, increases shaft strength and maximizes reliability.
