El Segundo, CA -International Rectifier Corporation (NYSE:IRF announced financial results for the second quarter (ended December 25, 2011) of its fiscal year 2012. Revenue for the second quarter fiscal year 2012 was $230.1 million, a 24% decrease from $302.7 million in the first quarter fiscal year 2012 and an 18.3% decrease from $281.7 million in the second quarter fiscal year 2011.
