The CATPRO system incorporates Miralogix's new machine vision technology designed to help customers meet increasingly stringent regulatory requirements for existing and next generation diesel engines. Miralogix new technology incorporates a patent-pending process that allows the application of high definition ultrasound in high volume and hostile manufacturing environments. This enables the inspection process to detect previously undetectable defects in the core of an inspection piece. This advanced capability has been driving increasing demand for Miralogix's line of automated inspection equipment and custom integrated systems, particularly for those which address diesel emission control standards. The CATPRO product line includes a recently developed ultrasonic inspection platform designed specifically for catalysts and filters used in automotive and diesel engine applications.
