Two-Axis Voice Coil Positioning Stage Gantry
H2W’s latest high precision, high speed custom XY gantry utilizes 0.1 micron resolution encoders for high accuracy and repeatability. The moving coil option reduces moving mass and increases acceleration. The bottom axis uses two voice coil actuators in parallel to double the force and acceleration capabilities. Can be driven with standard DC servo or DC linear amplifiers, and a two-axis programmable motion controller. Each axis is guided by a high precision cross roller linear bearing. |
