QuickSilver Controls fills the industry need for a wash down servo system with its new line of NEMA 23 IP65 motor/encoders. Based on QuickSilver’s existing 23 frame motors, this new line exceeds the IP65 standard.

Both the motor and encoder signals route through the single, round, connector. A single cable connects the IP65 motors to QuickSilver’s existing line of servo controller/drivers (SilverDust and SilverNugget) creating a simple installation.

All motors come standard with an 8000 count/rev encoder. A shaft seal plate is sold separately to extend the IP65 rating to the shaft by means of an o-ring seal around the pilot and a quad seal around the shaft.
