Sensitron now offers a Graphic User Interface (GUI) Configuration Utility that supports the development and testing of the SMCV Series of Field Oriented Sinusoidal Motor Controllers. This utility allows updates for multiple systems using a single controller, with no impact to hardware. Sensitron's easy-to-use configuration utility decreases design cycle time by over 50%! This utility features multiple user screens such as the Configuration Screen for the input of motor and system parameters, the I/O Configuration Screen, and the Motor Control Screen to run and monitor motor parameters.

Sensitron's Field Oriented Sinusoidal Motor Controllers is comprised of two internal assemblies in a small footprint module: the Motion Control Algorithm is programmable via an isolated RS-232 input port, and the 3 Phase Bridge is rated design to 40A, 1000V. Typical DC bus voltage operating range is 28V to 800V. The sensorless algorithm allows the start up to be tuned for almost any load.
