The advanced SPiiPlus SA multi-axis motion controller provides a user with the power of a PC-based motion controller packaged in a standalone device. The new SPiiPlus SA opens new possibilities for demanding applications including semiconductor, FPD, biomedical and industrial automation equipment.

The SPiiPlus SA utilizes a distributed multi-processor architecture running an on-board RTOS. The architecture provides a fixed 20kHz servo update for every axis and guaranteed deterministic control. All SPiiPlus products feature standard Ethernet and serial communications, hardware position compare and capture, and a unique set of development tools including a full software Motion Simulator and FRF analyzer.

Optional features include integrated SIN-COS interpolators and Input ShapingTM.
